1. Overview: At MyGrainCo, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality sterile grains and substrates for mushroom farming. We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product. This Return Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returning items purchased from us.

2. Eligibility for Returns: You may be eligible for a return if you meet the following criteria:

  • You have purchased the product directly from MyGrainCo.

  • The product is in its original packaging and has not been used or altered.

  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date. (7 days from date of delivery on organic products) 

  • The reason for the return falls within one of the acceptable categories listed below.
     

3. Acceptable Return Categories: We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Product: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or replacement.

  • Incorrect Product Shipment: If we have sent you the wrong product, we apologize for the error and will arrange for a return and send you the correct product promptly.

  • Product Quality Issues: If you believe that the product you received does not meet the quality standards expected, please contact us with details about the issue, and we will assess the situation.
     

4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used or altered from their original condition.

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging.

  • Products returned after 30 days from the purchase date.
     

5. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at [Customer Service Email/Phone] to inform us of your intention to return the product and to discuss the reason for the return.

  • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number (RMA) if required.

  • Package the product securely in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation.

  • Clearly label the package with the RMA number (if provided) and return it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
     

6. Refunds and Replacements: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its eligibility, we will process your return as follows:

  • Refunds: If you are eligible for a refund, the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping or handling fees, will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Replacements: If you are eligible for a replacement, we will promptly send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
